Why yoga?

Take a breath. Deep inhale, slow exhale. With every inhale notice the sensation of your breath as it travels throughout. With every exhale, soften the tension in your body. Release what no longer serves you. Keep breathing. In and out. Relax your shoulders away from your ears. Unclench your jaw. Inhale, exhale. Soften the space between your eyebrows. Allow the chatter of who think you are supposed to be melt away with every exhale. Create space for new beginnings and endless possibilities with every inhale. Savor the present moment. Savor the space between every breath.

You are at peace. You are present. This is why we practice yoga.

Hello friends, I’m Sarah Madore. I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT® 200, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, YACEP® and certified Stretch Therapist.

I believe that movement is medicine, that nature heals, and that a little self love goes a long way. I believe that humans were designed to take care. To take care of the earth, of each other, and ourselves. I believe that we deserve to show up as our best selves every damn day.

I strive to provide a safe space for others to decompress from daily stresses, reconnect with their bodies, and heal one breath at a time. The longest relationship we will ever have is the one we have with ourselves. Let’s make it a good one.
